13 Members of Oklahoma Drug Trafficking Ring Plead Guilty to Federal Charges

MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma — The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced on Friday that more than a dozen members of an Oklahoma drug trafficking ring had pled guilty to federal offenses.

Heath Lloyd Taylor (45), Aaron Guy Key (46), Mallory Nicole Laird (36), Terri Angela Stroud (52) and Kandi Anne Hankins, 43, Travis Austin Powers, 37, Tracie Ann Sells, 54, and Jeremy Paul Newman, 47, all pled guilty to narcotics conspiracy.

Cody Wade Reece, 33, and Whitney Marie Granite, 36, pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.

Heather Leigh Brown, 33, pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl.

Taylor Dain Parnell Caldwell, 34, and Randi Shawn Gann, 34, both pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.

According to the indictment, from August 2022 to November 15, 2023, “the defendants willfully and knowingly combined, conspired, confederated, and agreed together, and with others known and unknown to the Grand Jury, to commit offenses against the United States, namely the possession with intent to distribute and distribution of methamphetamine and fentanyl.”

The Drug Enforcement Administration led the investigation, which was supported by the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs, the Oklahoma Department of Corrections Office of the Inspector General, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, the United States Postal Inspection Service, and the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation.

According to a news release, several law enforcement organizations participated in the investigation at various stages.

The United States Marshal Service has custody of all 13 people pending their sentencing.
