POLK, Wisconsin – Authorities in Wisconsin say a 69-year-old man died in a suspected “farm accident” Wednesday afternoon.
According to a Washington County Sheriff’s Office press release, deputies and Richfield Fire and Rescue crews responded to 2742 Hillside Road in the Town of Polk at 4:23 p.m. for a reported farm accident.
When officials arrived at the location, they discovered a 69-year-old Polk resident and proclaimed him deceased.
The death was claimed to be accidental, and no foul play is suspected. There is no other information available at this time, and an investigation into the situation is ongoing.
