A man in his 70s was shot in the Westlake area of Los Angeles on Thursday and was taken to the hospital. Los Angeles Police Department’s Rampart Division officers went to the scene of a shooting at 12:05 a.m. after getting a 911 call from someone on Beverly Boulevard and Park View Street.
Witnesses said the suspect approached the victim near a bus stop and shot him, according to an LAPD spokesperson.
The person was taken to a hospital, but we don’t know how they are doing. He or she ran away in a direction that no one knew.
