Two People Are Wanted for Reportedly Stealing Dead Bodies From an Apartment in New Orleans

Two people are wanted by police in New Orleans for taking dead bodies from an apartment.

The suspects are said to have stolen “a bicycle and a package containing the remains of a deceased person” from the apartment, along with other things. Police say they then ran away from the scene.

Even though it happened in July, cops finally gave out information about the case on Thursday.

At first, police said the event happened on July 26, but later they said it happened on July 18. They said that the police report for the event was made on July 26.

Police released pictures of two suspects and are asking the public to help them identify and find them.

It wasn’t clear right away if the bodies had been named.

When ABC News asked the New Orleans police about the theft, they did not give any more details.
