GREEN BAY, Wisconsin — On Tuesday, a status conference was held for a 58-year-old man from Pulaski who is facing numerous felony charges for allegedly videotaping a 17-year-old girl while she was bathing. The allegations stem from the events that occurred on Tuesday.
A plea and sentencing hearing was planned to take place at the beginning of October, according to the records of the Wisconsin Circuit Court. Ruben Baez-Garcia, who is 58 years old, was present in court with counsel.
Existing ties between Baez and Garcia will be maintained. On October 7 at ten o’clock in the morning, he is scheduled to appear in court for the hearing about his plea and sentence.
