Winston-salem Shooting Leaves 48-year-old Man Injured, Authorities Request Public’s Help
A guy is in the hospital after being shot in Winston-Salem on Monday afternoon, according to a news release from the Winston-Salem Police Department.
Officers from the WSPD responded to the 1900 block of East Twenty-Fourth Street around 3:40 p.m. after receiving reports of a shooting. Arriving authorities discovered a 48-year-old Winston-Salem man who had been shot multiple times.
He was taken to the hospital and is receiving treatment for non-life-threatening injuries.
There is no suspect information available at this time. Investigators believe the shooting was a unique occurrence.
