At 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24, the Winston-Salem Police Department reported locating a deceased corpse outside a parking garage.
The parking deck is situated at the intersection of 3rd and Church Streets.
According to authorities, the preliminary inquiry has shown no evidence of foul play.
The Criminal Investigations Division has gained investigative responsibilities.
There will be a heavy police presence in the neighborhood.
