Man Killed, Child Critically Injured in Phoenix Crash Involving Garbage Truck and Multiple Vehicles
On Monday afternoon, an incident involving numerous cars, including a garbage truck, killed one man and seriously injured several others in Phoenix.
The collision occurred around 4 p.m. on October 28 near 40th Street and Cactus Road. It involved two vehicles and a Waste Management garbage truck.
According to the Phoenix Fire Department, one of the drivers had to be extricated from his vehicle, and an unidentified individual died as a result of the collision.
Three others were transported to the hospital. A man and a child are in critical condition, while another male is stable.
There is no information on what caused the crash.
