Baltimore Man Charged With Attempted Murder of 17-year-old Girl in August Shooting
The Baltimore Police Department stated that a man has been detained and charged with attempted murder in connection with the August shooting of a 17-year-old girl in the city’s Northwest District.
Rashaad Wilson, 19, was arrested on October 28 and charged with attempted first-degree murder. According to police, Wilson is suspected of shooting the young victim on August 16 in the 3800 block of Chatham Road. The circumstances surrounding the incident have not been released.
The victim’s health following the gunshot has not been published, and authorities have not offered more information about the investigation.
Wilson is being held without bond at Baltimore’s Central Booking Intake Facility. Detectives are continuing to investigate the incident.
