In April, he was arrested for a public lewdness incident, involving exposing himself and pleasuring himself at a Bronx man’s apartment door. Rape cases have surged alarmingly across The Bronx, rising by 27.5% this year with 380 reported attacks compared to 298 in the same period last year. Citywide, the numbers reflect a similar troubling trend, with 1,484 rapes reported across all five boroughs in 2025, marking about a 21% increase from 1,182 in 2024.

The NYPD attributes part of this rise to recent legislative changes that broaden the legal definition of rape.
