Mom Claims Her Daughter Was Killed by A Migrant Member of MS-13 And Sues DHS for $100 Million!
CNS News– A mother is suing the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for $100 million because she says a member of the MS-13 gang killed and raped her daughter. In the $100 million lawsuit, Tammy Nobles, the mother of 20-year-old Kayla Hamilton, said that the killer of her daughter was let into the country without proper identification by both the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services.
Nobles and another grieving mother spoke in front of the House panel that is looking into whether DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas should be removed from his job. They said that Mayorkas was not following federal immigration laws, which is against the law.
She told the House Homeland Security Committee, “This is not a political issue for me; it is a safety issue for everyone living in the United States.” “This girl could have been anyone’s daughter.” I don’t want any other parent to go through what I’m going through. “I will do everything I can to get her story told and bring attention to the problem at the border. I am now her voice.”
She went on to say that if they had properly screened the suspect, they would have found out that he was in a gang, which meant he couldn’t come to the United States. She said, “I want everyone to know what’s going on at the border.” “I had no idea what was going on before my daughter was raped and brutally murdered, but now I do.
