CheapNailsalonsnearme In a dramatic culmination of events, the Hendersonville Police Department has successfully apprehended an engaged couple, Halee Persinger and Daniel Haskins, following a series of car thefts and burglaries. The duo, who reportedly lived out of motels, embarked on what has been described as a ‘Bonnie and Clyde’ crime spree, leading to multiple stolen vehicles and property.

The crime spree began late on December 28 and continued into the morning of December 29, when Persinger and Haskins allegedly stole a black Kia and burglarized multiple cars at a Hendersonville apartment complex. The stolen Kia was later found in Hermitage, leading to an investigation by Hendersonville police.

The investigation unfolded rapidly, with detectives piecing together various clues, including a distinctive face tattoo of “Blessed” over Persinger’s right eye. This clue was crucial in identifying Persinger from a surveillance video at a Clarksville Vape shop, where she used a stolen credit card.

Social media searches further linked Persinger to Haskins, revealing their involvement in other fraudulent activities, including purchasing iPhones and iPhone cases with stolen credit cards. The couple’s arrest was orchestrated cleverly by the police.

Persinger, unaware that she was dealing with law enforcement officers, had agreed to sell a supposedly stolen Xbox via the Facebook marketplace. The meeting was set for New Year’s Day at a Dickerson Road motel, where the police, posing as buyers, arrested the couple. In their possession, the police found a handgun stolen out of Metro Nashville and other stolen merchandise.

The Hendersonville police’s commitment to solving the crime was unwavering, even during the holiday season. Their efforts paid off, recovering a total of four stolen vehicles and arresting the couple on charges of theft of property over $10,000 and four counts of burglary.

Persinger is held on a $50,000 bond, while Haskins, with a previous conviction for similar crimes, is held on a $65,000 bond. This arrest marks the end of a crime spree that posed a significant threat to the community and highlights the efficiency and dedication of the Hendersonville Police Department in ensuring public safety.
