A Man Caught in New York Who Was Wanted for Stabbing a Teen in Southwest Missouri
A guy who was wanted for stabbing a teen from Oklahoma in southwest Missouri has been caught in New York. The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office told KYTV/KSPR that 47-year-old David Bostic from Bellevue, Wash., was caught in Queens on Thursday and will soon be sent back to Missouri.
At first, Sheriff Randee Kaiser said that officers were called to the Duenweg bus station on January 11 because of a report of an assault. When the cops got there, they saw the male teen with a badly hurt neck. The victim was taken to the hospital and was freed six days later.
Bostic was named as a possible suspect in the July event. He is said to have a violent past and ties to New York, Missouri, Arkansas, Utah, and Washington.
Bostic will be charged with attack in the first degree.
