Some SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) recipients will receive their first monthly payment in November after receiving approval from the Food Stamps Office. If you are in this circumstance, you should be aware that the current maximum amounts include the 2025 COLA rise.
According to the CBPP, a single person can receive approximately $199 on average. However, the maximum amount will be $292 following the COLA hike. Unfortunately, SNAP recipients will only receive up to one dollar more after the cost-of-living increase.

SNAP Criteria to Receive Food Stamps in November
Only citizens who meet all of the requirements can get SNAP benefits in November. If you qualify for accelerated benefits, you may even receive Food Stamps in November, although this assumes you have absolutely no cash on hand and no earnings.
The general requirements for SNAP are based on your available resources, which can be up to $3,000 in countable resources. People with disabilities and elders may have a greater maximum of $4,500.
Work and income requirements are also needed. Unless they qualify for an exemption, those aged 18 to 54 are required to work at least 80 hours per month.
