Borderline Bust: Texas Man Caught with 15 Pounds of Ecstasy in Louisiana!
CNS News–Louisiana State Police (LSP) has apprehended a Texas man following a single-vehicle crash in Iberville Parish, uncovering a significant quantity of suspected Ecstasy pills at the scene. Gregory N. Jackson, 37, of Porter, Texas, faces multiple charges including operating a vehicle while intoxicated, careless operation, and possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I narcotic.
Troopers from LSP Troop A responded to the crash site on I-10 eastbound, where Jackson’s vehicle had collided with a median crossover barrier. Suspecting impairment, law enforcement conducted an investigation, leading to the discovery of approximately 15 pounds of suspected MDMA pills in Jackson’s possession.
Jackson was transported to a local hospital for observation, where a toxicology sample was obtained for further analysis. Following his release from the hospital, he was booked into Iberville Parish Jail on the aforementioned charges.
