Silk Stocking

This area was built between 1940 and 1969. It is near where W Warner Rd and N 99th Ave meet. There are some condos and apartments, but mostly houses. Different from other Chandler neighborhoods, this one has a lot of single moms living there. Most homes in Silk Stocking are worth around $325,506.

Trails End Estates

This area was built between 1940 and 1969, so it’s pretty old. It’s close to where W Elliot Rd and N Apache Trail meet. Single-family homes make up most of the homes, but there are also condos and apartments. There aren’t many empty homes in the area, and it can cost more to rent here than in other parts of Chandler. Most homes in Trails End Estates are worth around $325,506.
