Florida Guy Who Attacked Bus for Dumping Him off to Disney World Instead of SeaWorld, No Charges!
CNS News–In a surprising turn of events, a 37-year-old Orlando man who was arrested for attacking a Lynx bus has been released without charges. The incident occurred on November 17, 2023, when the man, reportedly upset for being dropped off at Walt Disney World instead of SeaWorld, caused significant damage to the bus.
According to the arrest affidavit from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, he expressed his anger by punching and kicking the bus’s front glass door, resulting in $500 worth of damage. The altercation took place at Disney Springs’ bus stop.
The bus driver recounted that upon reaching the final stop, the man, who had been asleep, woke up and became agitated upon learning he wasn’t at SeaWorld. Refused re-entry onto the bus, he subsequently damaged the door and left the scene, only to be apprehended later near Typhoon Lagoon.
