Fresno Police Investigate Downtown Shooting That Injured Six; Suspect Unknown
A shooting in downtown Fresno on Saturday night injured six people, according to Fresno Police.
According to police, they received a call about 9:20 Saturday night reporting shots fired at Amador and L Street in downtown Fresno.
When authorities arrived, they discovered two persons hit by gunshots. Additional evidence revealed that four more persons were transported to Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) in private automobiles.
Police verified that all six victims who were shot were men.
They all sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are still investigating what led to the incident and who fired the rounds.
Detectives are at the scene of the crime, with many officers looking for evidence.
Two officers are in the hospital, speaking with two of the victims.
There is currently no shooting suspect.
