Giuliani, the former Mayor of New York City, sought an “indefinite extension” for submitting court motions, a request grounded in the incomplete review of extensive discovery materials.
However, Judge McAfee, in his ruling, emphasized the lack of specificity and justification in Giuliani’s application.
