Georgia Man Sentenced to Life Plus 30 Years for Child Sex Crimes
For child sex crimes, a man in Georgia was given a sentence of life in jail without the chance of parole plus 30 years.
A Carroll County jury found 43-year-old John Earl Mack guilty of two counts of aggravated child molestation, rape, and calling a kid to do something inappropriate.
In 2002, Mack was found guilty of rape in the second degree in the state of New York.
The Villa Rica police probe found that on September 18, 2022, a 15-year-old girl told them that Mack, who had a relationship with her mother before, sexually assaulted her several times between May 1, 2022, and May 22, 2022.
When Mack made sexual comments to the girl and asked her to have sex, the girl’s mother found out about the crime.
When the girl’s mother asked her about Mack, she denied that he was talking to her and that they had done anything sexual.
She finally told him that Mack was talking to her.
The girl told the cops that Mack raped her in two different homes, one in Fulton County and one in Villa Rica that was empty.
The girl said Mack gave her drugs at the Villa Rica house to smoke.
