The Social Security Administration (SSA) has certified that the monthly payment will be made on November 29, 2024. That suggests that the final SSI payment will be due on Black Friday.
As a result, the federal government will pay an average of $697 to 7.5 million SSI claimants on Black Friday. According to Social Security, the maximum SSI benefit amount is $943 for individuals and $1,415 for married couples.
