Weighing a mere 30 pounds upon her rescue, the resilient canine had endured over a week without food or water. Following her rescue, Connie was promptly taken to a veterinarian in Pasadena for urgent care before finding herself under the dedicated care of Forever Changed Animal Rescue (FCAR) in Maryland.
