CheapNailsalonsnearmeHappiness comes from a complex web of internal and external factors working together. We can have some control over it by keeping our mental compass pointed in a positive direction, spending time with people we care about, and doing things that make us happy. Still, there are times when the search for happiness seems like a more difficult task.

One example is the year 2024, which is a scary one for Americans’ mental health because of the threat of high inflation. Over 75% of Americans are stressed out because prices are going up where they live, according to some alarming data. Also, only half of them say they are very happy with the way their daily lives are going. The happiest state in America is Utah.
