Motorcyclist Clocked at 175 mph by Wisconsin State Patrol Aerial Enforcement
Rock County, Wisconsin – Recently, the Wisconsin State Patrol used an airplane to catch a biker going over 175 mph on I-39 and I-90, weaving in and out of traffic.
The Wisconsin State Patrol (WSP) often does campaigns from the air to keep an eye on drivers from above the roads. These campaigns are usually mentioned ahead of time.
A new Facebook post from the Wisconsin State Patrol says that the motorcyclist was caught cutting in and out of traffic while going 175.7 mph. The action was in Rock County.
The WSP pilot is said to have followed the motorbike and told ground units when to stop the rider. After that, a traffic stop was done without any problems.
The driver was given a ticket for careless driving, speeding, and not displaying a license plate.
