CheapNailsalonsnearme– People are really into the new New York Times word game called “Connections.” To win, you have to find the “common threads between words.” Like Wordle, Connections starts over at midnight, and each new set of words is harder than the last.
Here are some tips to help you get over the hump. To get to today’s puzzle, just skip to the end of this story. It has the December 23 Connections answer. If you’d rather figure it out on your own, though, keep reading for some hints, tips, and plans to help you.
What are Connections?
People love the New York Times’s new daily word game on social media. The Times says that Wyna Liu, an associate puzzle editor, helped make the new word game and got it published in the Games section. You can play Connections on both web computers and mobile phones.
The goal is to group four words that have something in common. There are 16 words in each puzzle, and each group of words is broken up into four categories. These sets could have names of books, programs, countries, and other things. Several words may look like they go together, but there is only one right answer.
When a player gets all four words in a set right, those words are taken off the board. If you guess wrong, you make a mistake. Until the game is over, each player can make up to four mistakes. The board can also be moved around and mixed up to make it easy to find connections. Each group is also marked with a color. Yellow is the easiest, followed by green, blue, and purple.
