For the lucky Oklahoma high school football teams that made it this far, the playoffs have begun.
This past weekend, the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association released the new postseason brackets for all classes.
From Class 2A to Class B, the title games will be this weekend. Class 2A, Class A, and Class B will be in the semifinal round.
From Thursday to Saturday, the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond will host the state championship games for classes 6AI, 6AII, 5A, 4A, and 3A. The championship games for Class A and Class 2A will be held at UCO on December 9.
The Class B championship game is on December 8 at Southern Nazarene University in Bethany. The Class C championship game is this Friday at the same school.
Here are the brackets for Oklahoma:
6AI Class
Champion: Bixby vs. Jenks, Friday at 7 p.m. at UCO
Level 6AII
Stillwater plays Muskogee in the championship game on Friday at 1 p.m. at UCO.
5A Class
Del City vs. Midwest City for the championship Carl Albert, Saturday at 1 p.m. at UCO
4A Class
Blanchard plays Wagoner in the championship match on Thursday at 7 p.m. at UCO.
3A Class
Heritage Hall vs. Lincoln Christian for the championship, Saturday at 7 p.m. at UCO
Level 2A
OKC Millwood plays Kiefer at 7 p.m. on Friday at Bristow, and Jones plays Washington at 7 p.m. on Friday at Yukon.
Type A
Forest Park plays Fairview at Harrah on Friday at 7 p.m., and Hooker plays Hominy at NW Oklahoma State in Alva on Friday at the same time.
Group B
Velma-Alma plays Okeene at Western Heights on Saturday at 1 p.m., and Seiling plays Regent Prep at 7 p.m. on the same day.
Group C
Champion: Tipton vs. Ryan, Friday at 7 p.m. at Bethany (Southern Nazarene University).
