Pregnant Amish Woman Found Dead in Pennsylvania Home; Authorities Investigate as Homicide!
CNS News– Police in Pennsylvania are looking into the death of an Amish woman who was 23 years old and pregnant. She was found dead at her home on Monday. A news statement said that state police were called to a home in the 21000 block of Fish Flats Road in Sparta Township just before 12:30 p.m.
Responding troops found Rebekah A. Byler dead. Her death is being looked into as a murder, according to the police. The state cops have been contacted by Fox News Digital. WJET-TV/FOX 66 was told by neighbors that the Sparta Township home is rented out to a young Amish couple. The home is about 37 miles southeast of Erie.
“At about 12:30, PSP Corry got a call from 911 saying that a dead woman had been found at the scene.” “At this point, we know who the woman was, that she is dead, and it looks like there were some strange circumstances,” state police Lt. Mark Weindorf told WJET-TV/FOX 66.

The news outlet was told that Byler’s two young children were in the house when her body was found. Nearby people said that Byler’s husband came home around noon and found his wife’s body. Her family said she was six months pregnant. The police haven’t said how she died.
