Dallas, TX – Sam’s Club is responding to its members’ requests by extending its Sunday store hours, allowing shoppers more time to visit their local warehouse clubs. Starting October 12, most Sam’s Club locations will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays, up from the previous 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. schedule.
This change is part of a new, simplified daily schedule that will make it easier for members to shop throughout the week, with extended hours not only on Sundays but also during several holidays.

According to Steven Zapata, director of corporate communications at Sam’s Club, the changes come after “overwhelming feedback” from members seeking more flexible shopping options. The new Sunday schedule expands hours to better accommodate busy lifestyles:
- Curbside pickup: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Plus Member early shopping: 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
- Club shopping: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Cafe hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Fuel stations: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Most Sam’s Club locations will adopt a consistent 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. operating schedule every day of the week, making it easier for members to plan their visits.

Holiday Hours Adjustments
The warehouse club also introduced updated holiday hours reflecting extended shopping times on some national holidays. Previously closing early at 6 p.m. local time, Sam’s Club will now remain open until 8 p.m. on:
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- New Year’s Eve
However, stores will still close early at 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve and remain closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
