Scottsdale Parent Discovers “Explicit” Communication on 11-Year-Old’s Phone, Leads to Arrest of Florida Man
CNS News–In a disturbing turn of events, Jacob Lozano, a Florida resident, has been apprehended following an investigation by the Scottsdale police into his alleged involvement in sexually explicit activities with minors. The police found that Lozano reportedly used multiple social media and gaming platforms to contact underage boys, coercing them into sexual activities over a webcam. Further, the police revealed that there is evidence suggesting Lozano distributed child sexual abuse material to his victims.
