Shocking Story: Ohio Father Admits to Killing His Three Sons and Now His Lawyers Want His “Interrogation” Dropped!
CNS News–In a new motion, the lawyers for the Ohio father who police say admitted to killing his three young kids are asking that his alleged confession be thrown out. One of Chad Doerman’s lawyers asked the court to throw out everything he said during his “entire interrogation” because the police “violated Mr. Doerman’s constitutional rights from the outset,” according to a court document FOX19 obtained.
A local news source says that prosecutors in Clermont County have not yet filed a response, but on Feb. 2, the judge has set a hearing to talk about the request. On June 15, 2023, a woman called 911 and said that her “babies had been shot.” This is when the Clermont Sheriff’s Office went to Doerman’s home in Monroe Township.
Soon after, someone else called to say that a little girl was screaming down the street that her “father was killing everyone.” The police found Doberman sitting on the steps of his front door with a gun next to him when they got there. The father, 32 years old, was charged with three counts of aggravated murder after his three sons, ages 3, 4, and 7, were found shot to death in the garden.
An Ohio dad allegedly confessed to hunting down and executing his 3 young sons.

During his first court appearance, officials said Doerman had hung the three brothers in a line and killed them in the manner of an execution. They also said he had chased one of the boys as he tried to escape. A story from WLWT-TV at the time said that prosecutors said, “He hunted that boy down, brought him back to the property, and executed him in front of witnesses.”
At the time, David Gast, the prosecutor for Clermont County, said, “The trauma this man has caused is unspeakable.” “The evil horror of what we know is impossible to process.” “He was their guardian and he executed them in cold blood.” Authorities also said that he had been planning the killings for almost 8 months before he did them.
He was charged with 21 crimes in August, including aggravated murder, kidnapping, and felonious attack. Doerman has been in the Clermont County Jail while he waits for his trial. For his safety, he has been kept away from other prisoners.
A person who used to be in prison told The Messenger last month that the father might be a target. The man who was in jail and charged with drug possession was let out last week. “Everyone wants to kick his ass,” he said. “He’s the worst of the worst.” I would shoot him if I had the chance.
