Eligibility for the December 3 payment to SNAP recipients in Hawaii depended on the first letter of your last name. Food Stamp recipients whose first letter of their last name is A to I will get their money on their EBT cards on December 3.
Hence, if the first letter of your last name is J to Z, you will get your Food Stamp payment in Hawaii on December 5. Do not forget that USDA remembers that for combination-SNAP and cash cases with cash direct deposit, Food Stamps will be available on the first day of January 2025.

Only the State of Alaska sends higher Food Stamp payments than Hawaii. However, there will not be a new payday in Alaska until January 1, 2025.
