Teenager Was Stabbed Outside of Mira Loma High School in Sacramento, According to the Sheriff
ARDEN ARCADE — A teenager was stabbed outside a school in Sacramento’s Arden-Arcade neighborhood, and police are investigating.
The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office reported late Tuesday afternoon that a 16-year-old kid was stabbed in the chest during a brawl near Mira Loma High School on Edison Avenue.
The severity of the teen’s injuries remained unknown, but officials said he was expected to live.
Authorities stated there were numerous people involved in the fight. At least one child, who the sheriff’s office claims is not a student, was held.
According to San Juan Unified authorities, additional counseling and safety workers will be present at the school on Wednesday.
