Texas Attorney General Charges Biden with ‘Running Logistics’ for Drug Cartels!
CNS News– Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has made serious accusations against President Joe Biden, alleging that the administration is aiding drug cartels in Mexico. Speaking at the Davis County Republican Party’s Lincoln Day fundraising dinner in Utah, Paxton claimed that Biden’s policies are facilitating the influx of migrants, effectively serving the interests of cartels.
Paxton’s claims center around Biden’s immigration policies, particularly his decision to halt deportations of migrants upon taking office. While Paxton’s assertion that Biden has completely halted deportations is inaccurate, the Biden administration has indeed focused deportation efforts primarily on individuals with serious criminal records.
Despite Paxton’s claims, Biden has ramped up deportations significantly, with over 142,000 immigrants deported by ICE in 2023 alone. deportations nearly doubled in 2022. After Congress failed to pass immigration legislation, the president is considering using executive action to limit asylum claims.
Democrats like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez have criticized Biden, writing on X (previously Twitter), “Seeking asylum is a legal right of all people. We should stick to our beliefs even under authoritarian rule.” Paxton stated in Utah that “many” U.S. states would not have joined the union if “the federal government could not defend us.”
Doing Trump impressions isn’t how we beat Trump.
Seeking asylum is a legal right of all people. In the face of authoritarian threat, we should not buckle on our principles – we should commit to them.
The mere suggestion is outrageous and the President should refuse to sign it. https://t.co/Jd2cSSNDF7

The attorney general asked, “How many of our states would have joined the union knowing that the federal government could not defend us and we were not allowed to defend ourselves?” “If that were the deal, Texas would never have joined the union.” “It seems crazy, and hard to believe, that we have a government that is working against its citizens and helping the cartels move as many people across the border as possible,” he said.
Paxton, in his third term as A.G., and Texas Gov. Greg Abbott are fighting Biden over the U.S.-Mexico border. Abbott sent Texas National Guardsmen to the border, where they seized Shelby Park in Eagle Pass last month. Since then, the Texas National Guard has barred Border Patrol entry.
Abbott says Eagle Park is only the start of his border takeover. Abbott has taken migrants from Texas to Chicago, Denver, New York City, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C., to troll Democratic cities and states. Migrants have overrun New York’s shelters.

The Abbott administration predicted sending 75,000 migrants to these cities between April 2022 and December 2023. Paxton has touted his almost two dozen immigration litigation against the Biden administration. Paxton was acquitted of impeachment allegations for bribery and public trust last year.
