Wisconsin Police Arrest Passenger After Street Racing Incident and Window Tossing
MADISON, Wis. – In southern Wisconsin, police say they caught a man who threw things out of a window after being pulled over for street racing.
The Madison Police Department says that around 1 a.m. on July 28, they saw two cars racing along East Washington Avenue. The police say that one of the cars was pulled over and people inside started throwing things out the window.
The news statement says that one of the things was an empty gun holster. Police say that weed and a loaded gun were found in the car after it was searched.
A 25-year-old guy from Madison who was in the car with the woman was arrested. No information was given about whether the driver had been jailed or given a ticket.
