Janesville, Wisconsin. – A 53-year-old Wisconsin lady was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated, her fifth offense while carrying a passenger under the age of 16.
According to the statement, on Sunday, soon after 11:15 p.m., an officer with the Janesville Police Department stopped a car on North Ringold Street for expired registration.
When the officer made contact with the driver, Jennifer Sturm, 53, of Janesville, he noticed actions that suggested she was inebriated.
Sturm took standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested for operating while intoxicated, her fifth violation.
According to the announcement, Sturm was driving with a passenger under the age of sixteen.
Sturm was booked into Rock County Jail.
