12-Year-Old in NYC Faces Charges for Injuring a Woman by Throwing Bottles from A Times Square Hotel!

CheapNailsalonsnearmeIn an alarming incident at the InterContinental New York Times Square hotel, a 12-year-old was charged with reckless endangerment after a hazardous act. Along with an 11-year-old companion, the juvenile threw glass alcohol bottles from the 32nd floor of the hotel, striking a 24-year-old woman below.

This act, occurring shortly before 5 pm on Friday, caused not only physical harm but also a wave of panic among bystanders, who mistook the sound for gunshots. The injured woman, who was hit on the head by one of the bottles, suffered a cut and received medical treatment at Bellevue Hospital.

The 12-year-old faces charges due to this irresponsible behavior, while the younger accomplice was not charged owing to age. The street, West 44th Street between Eighth and Ninth Avenue, was closed for an hour as a precaution.
