CNS News–In a progressive move towards modernizing the work environment, New York City, under the leadership of Mayor Eric Adams in collaboration with DC 37, the city’s largest public employee union, is pioneering a 4-day workweek pilot program.
This groundbreaking initiative is designed to cater to employees who are unable to work remotely, offering a flexible schedule of either a consistent four-day week or an alternating four and five-day week, ensuring the total number of work hours over two weeks remains constant.
