Judge McAfee’s two-page notice also indicates that arguments from defense lawyers who wish to withdraw from representing Trevian Kutti, a controversial publicist formerly associated with rapper Ye, will be heard.

The defendants in question include Georgia bail bondsman Scott Hall and former Trump lawyers Kenneth Chesebro, Sidney Powell, and Jenna Ellis. Moreover, the hearing is expected to tackle various unresolved issues from a previous session held in early December.
While DA Willis has proposed commencing the trial on August 5, a formal trial date remains unconfirmed by Judge McAfee.
