Wyatt Duchette, an eight-year-old boy from Ohio, died in a house fire in June. His mother, Dakota Rae Jones, is being charged with murder. Paxton, Duchette’s stepbrother, was hurt in the fire as well. Jones is facing two counts of killing by accident and four counts of endangering children.
The Ohio State Fire Marshall said the fire was a mistake caused by smoking materials that were thrown away without thinking. Jones was caught and taken to the Huron County Jail. He has to go to court in Huron County Common Please soon.
