Violence Strikes: 17-Year-Old Boy Was Fatally Shot in Brownsville!
CNS News– A 17-year-old boy became the victim of gun violence in Brooklyn’s Brownsville neighborhood on Saturday afternoon. Police responded to a 911 call around 3 p.m. reporting a shooting at the intersection of Livonia Avenue and Chester Street. Upon arrival, authorities found the teen with a gunshot wound to the back.
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) promptly transported the victim to One Brooklyn Health for medical treatment. Fortunately, his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening, and he is expected to recover.
As of now, there have been no arrests made in connection with the shooting, and the investigation remains ongoing. Law enforcement officials are actively searching for two males who were reportedly wearing dark-colored clothing and fled the scene on Rockaway Avenue following the incident.
