An Ohio Man Faces 126 Months in Prison for LSD Trafficking!
CNS News– A Cincinnati resident, Kyle A. Vanderpool, aged 36, has been handed a 126-month federal prison sentence by U.S. District Judge David Bunning for possession with the intent to distribute 10 grams or more of LSD. The sentence was delivered on Thursday in light of his involvement in drug trafficking activities.
According to Vanderpool’s plea agreement, law enforcement authorities received information regarding a known drug trafficker heading to Northern Kentucky to meet a source for narcotics. On July 26, 2021, surveillance revealed the individual’s rendezvous with Vanderpool.
Subsequent inspection of Vanderpool’s vehicle, prompted by a drug dog’s alert, led to the discovery of $26,642 in cash and various controlled substances. Notably, authorities found 8100 doses of LSD on blotter paper, over 33 grams of liquid LSD, and 20.6 grams of ketamine.
