Police in Washington State say that State Route 9 at milepost 55 is completely stopped because of a fatal head-on crash in Sedro Woolley. At 5:26 p.m. on Wednesday, WSP wrote about the crash. The suspect’s car hit a car with three people inside. One person died at the scene, one adult was flown to the hospital by helicopter, and one child was taken to the hospital by car.
WSP said that the suspect’s car had two people in it who had been in a domestic violence incident before. The extent of their injuries is unknown. Two people got in a car and drove away. The cops in Sedro Wolley caught the car as it was leaving and tried to stop it.

The car ran away and hit the car of another Sedro Wolly cop who was responding. The car went south on SR 9 and out of sight of the police. A police officer is driving south on SR 9 to look for the car. WSP is looking into it right now. The road won’t be open again until a certain time.
