Miami Dade College and Tallahassee Community College are among the educational institutions set to benefit from the funding. Miami Dade College plans to utilize the grant to support programs in network security, enterprise cloud computing, and mobile application development. Meanwhile, Tallahassee Community College will channel the funds into applied robotics and engineering technology programs.
Florida Department of Education Commissioner Manny Diaz Jr. lauded the initiative, underscoring its significance in preparing students for success in a competitive job market.
