Trump’s Initial Comments Regarding Navalny Link Russian’s Death to His Legal Situation!
CNS News– On Monday, former President Trump said that his legal problems and the death of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny had made him “more aware” of what is going on in this country. Donald Trump’s first comments about Navalny since the 47-year-old man died in jail, which Vice President Joe Biden blamed on Russian President Vladimir Putin.
During his interview on Truth Social, Trump did not talk about Putin. Instead, he went on to complain about how lawyers, judges, and Democrats were working together to hurt him. As part of the civil fraud trial ruling on Friday, Trump was told to pay $355 million. Trump wrote on Truth Social, “Alexei Navalny’s sudden death has made me more and more aware of what is going on in our country.”
There is a slow but steady progress, and CROOKED, radical left politicians, prosecutors, and judges are leading us to death. America is in terrible shape because of open borders, rigged elections, and wildly unfair court decisions. “OUR COUNTRY IS FAILING AND IN DECLINE!”
Trump, who is the favorite to be the Republican choice for president in 2024, has often said nice things about Putin and said he wants to get closer to Russia. Many Democrats and some Republicans have said bad things about him because of the way he talks. They think he is friendly with leaders like Putin.

In the past, Trump questioned the U.S. intelligence community’s conclusion that Russia meddled in the 2016 election. More recently, he said he would tell Russia to attack NATO partners that weren’t spending enough on defense. Navalny was in jail for 19 years on charges of extremism.
In December, he was moved from a different prison to the country’s most secure facility, which is close to the Arctic Circle. The penal colony jail for the “special regime” is in the town of Kharp, which is about 1,200 miles northeast of Moscow. It is in a remote area that is known for having harsh winters.
Navalny has been in jail since January 2021, when he returned to Russia after getting sick and saying that Putin poisoned him. Putin has denied trying to kill Navalny with a nerve agent. Trump is being investigated for 91 felonies in four separate cases. He was charged in New York City with running a plan to use hush money to hide an affair during the 2016 election.
In Washington, D.C., he was charged with trying to mess up the 2020 race. He was charged in Georgia with trying to change the results of the 2020 election in that state. And he was charged in Florida for taking classified papers with him when he left office and not giving them back.

Some people were angry about Trump’s social media post on Monday. Nikki Haley, who used to be his ambassador to the UN and is now his only opponent in the GOP primary, was one of them.
