CNS News–What a nice change from always having baked potatoes with steak, chicken, fish, or pork chops. This potato recipe is so simple to make and tastes great. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Next, peel the garlic cloves and cut them into very small pieces. Put both of these things in a kettle and add two inches of water to cover them. Mix in half a teaspoon of salt with the garlic and potatoes as they boil. Boil for 8 to 10 minutes, or until soft enough to pierce with a fork. Put the garlic and potatoes back into the pot after draining them.
You can use a mixer or a fork to mash the potatoes until they are smooth after adding the cheese, onions, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, and butter. Have fun! If you think you need to add more milk to make it creamier, feel free to do so. Everyone has a different taste. These garlic and cheese mashed potatoes are so creamy and tasty, and they go with a lot of different foods.
