Rossi stands accused of concocting a drink containing lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and Gatorade, which she allegedly gave to the classmate in retaliation for previous incidents.

The incident occurred at Legacy Traditional School – Alamo Ranch near San Antonio, where Rossi’s son reportedly experienced bullying. In an attempt to protect her son from further harassment, Rossi purportedly prepared the drink to dissuade potential bullies. However, the drink caused the recipient to experience nausea and headaches, leading to hospitalization.

While the contents were deemed non-toxic, the incident raised concerns about the escalation of conflicts between students. According to authorities, Rossi admitted to intentionally mixing the drink to deter bullies at her son’s school. Despite her motives, law enforcement emphasized that resorting to such actions is unacceptable, regardless of the circumstances.
